Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The blouse must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be returned with the original tags and packaging.

We cannot accept returns if tags are removed, the item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of perfume, stains, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (e.g., digital style guides)
  • Intimate wear or custom-stitched blouses

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any blouse not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned after 30 days from delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace blouses if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same design, email us at {your email address} and send your item to: {your return address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned blouse is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For higher-value blouses, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
